This weekend and next, our current church Dogwood Church, is taking up a love offering for browns mill church, the new church that God has called Suzanne and I to help start in Newnan, GA. Each week, Dogwood takes up a love offering called the II Corinthians Offering, named after the passage in II Corinthians 9:6-11. All of the money that is given to this love offering over the next two weeks will help offset the startup costs of browns mill church. Startup costs include filing appropriate paperwork with the IRS for our 501c3 status, promotional materials, a permanent website, church planting network memberships, etc. Please pray that God’s people are generous givers in spite of these tough economic times!
